Can I Complete a Checklist on my iPhone?

Step 2:
Select the next question.Answer the question:

Step 3:
Once you have answered all questions, you have the following options:- Add to incident list (if further attention is needed)
- Escalate (if it needs immediate attention)
- Add Photo
- Add Comment
Notes:
- All checklists can be edited after being completed (up until their end time if they are scheduled).
- All added comments will be visible.
- All completed checklists will have a report available in the Reports section.
- All completed checklists will be available to export to PDF.
