Step 1: Under "Checks":
- Click "Add New"
- Choose "Schedule Task"
- Click "Add New"
Step 2: Fill in the following details:
- Task Name
- Enable Push Notifications (if you want to receive a notification before this task expires)
- If enabled, choose a reminder time (add minutes in the box)
- Enable Include in Monthly Compliance (if you want this task to affect your monthly score)
- Enable Start a Task Immediately (if you want to start the task straight away)
- Enable Sequential Asset Order (if you want this task completed in a particular order)
- Choose your Check Type:
- On Demand (no set schedule)
- One Time (one-off)
- Daily (7 days a week or weekday)
- Weekly (completed once a week over a day or several days)
- Monthly (completed once a month, every month, quarterly, or selected months over several days)
- Choose Check Period (add your start and end time, days, months, etc., depending on your check type)
Step 3: Add Asset:
- Choose the Site (once you do this, all assets associated with that site will appear in the top box)
- Choose all assets you want added to your task and move them to the bottom box
- You can change the order of the assets if desired
Step 4: Click "Add Task"

- Once you have added your tasks, you will find them listed under "Schedule Tasks"
- These tasks can be edited, duplicated, and deleted as needed:
- Duplicate: This will make it easier/quicker to add tasks multiple times (Note: this only works for the same site; you can’t duplicate tasks across multiple sites on your account if set up that way)
- Edit: You can edit a task whenever needed (e.g., add new assets, remove inaccessible assets, edit start/end times, etc.)
- Delete: Remove the task when no longer needed
FAQ:
Q: How do I add new assets to my tasks?
A: Go into the preferred task and click “Edit”. Highlight the new assets you want to add in the top box and move them to the bottom box using the arrows in between the two boxes. Then click "Edit Task".
Q: Why do I not see the new assets I added in my latest task?
A: You cannot edit a live task. For example, if your Early Walk starts at 7 am and finishes at 3 pm, any new assets added during those times will not appear on the task until the next day.
Q: Why can’t I see the new "On Demand" task that I added on my mobile app or Site Calendar?
A1: Make sure you look for this task under the “On Demand” heading in the mobile app and not under the “Standard Tasks” heading.
A2: The “On Demand” tasks will only appear in your Site Calendar after they have been completed because they have no set start/end times.
