How to add a bell check and fire drill on web app?

Follow these steps to add a Bell Check and Fire Drill on the FireCloud365 Web App:


Add a Bell Check.


Step 1: Add New:

  • Fill in required info:
    • Site (required)
    • Carried Out By (required)
    • Asset Initiating Check (required) (Always Fire/Control Panel)
    • Check Type:
      • One Time
      • Daily
      • Weekly
      • Monthly
      • Quarterly
      • These are normally Weekly, so choose start/end times, day of the week, and how many days to complete.
    • Add Descriptions (required)
    • Add as many questions as needed

Step 2: Click "Add Bell Check"


Step 3: Once you have added a Bell Check, you will have the ability to:

  • Duplicate: Ability to duplicate any existing Bell Check
  • Edit: Ability to edit Bell Check
  • Delete: Ability to remove Bell Check from the list


Add a Fire Drill:

Step 1: Add New:

  • Fill in required info:
    • Site (required)
    • Carried Out By (required)
    • Asset Initiating Check (required) (Always Fire/Control Panel)
    • Drill Schedule:
      • Choose Start Date/Time
      • Choose End Date/Time
    • Add Descriptions (required)
    • Add as many questions as needed

Step 2: Click "Add Fire Drill"


Step 3: Once you have added a Fire Drill, you will have the ability to:

  • Duplicate: Ability to duplicate any existing Fire Drill
  • Edit: Ability to edit any Fire Drill
  • Delete: Ability to remove any Fire Drill from the list
