Follow these steps to Get Your Completed Fire Drill Reports from the FireCloud365 Web App!

Step 1. Searching for a Task Report

• Search Bar:
• Use the search bar to search for any specific task report.

Step 2. Applying Filters

• Filter Options:
• Refine your search using the drop-down filters:
• Choose your Site: Select the site for which you want to view task reports.
• Choose your Task: Specify the particular task you are interested in.
• Check Status: Choose the status of the task (Passed, Failed, Missed).
• Duration Period: Set the start and end dates to filter reports within a specific time frame.

Step 3. Exporting the Tasks Report to Excel

• Export to Excel:
• Click the Excel Icon to export the Completed Tasks Report to an Excel document. You can print this document as needed for offline review or record-keeping.
