Follow these steps to Get Your Completed Fire Drill Reports from the FireCloud365 Web App!

Step 1. Searching for a Check Report

• Search Bar:
• Use the search bar to look for any specific check report related to an asset.

Step 2. Applying Filters

• Filter Options:
• Refine your search by selecting the appropriate options from the drop-down filters:
• Choose your Site: Select the site for which you want to view check reports.
• Choose your Task: Select the specific task you are interested in.
• Choose your Asset: If needed, specify the particular asset for the check.
• Check Status: Choose the status of the check (Passed, Failed, Missed).
• Duration Period: Set the start and end dates to filter reports within a specific time frame.

Step 3. Exporting the Check Report to Excel

• Export to Excel:
• Click the Excel Icon to export the Completed Check Report to an Excel document for easy analysis and record-keeping.

Step 4. Viewing Photos (if applicable)

• Image Preview:
• If any asset failed the check and a photo was taken, you can view the photo by clicking on the “Image Preview” option.
