Step 1. Searching for a Fire Drill

• Search Bar:
• Use the search bar to search for any specific fire drill.

Step 2. Applying Filters

• Filter Options:
• Refine your search using the drop-down filters:
• Choose your Site: Select the site for which you want to view fire drills.
• Check Status: Choose the status of the fire drill (Passed, Failed, or Missed).
• Duration Period: Set the start and end dates to view fire drills within a specific time frame.

Step 3. Exporting the Fire Drill Report to PDF

• More Button:
  • Click the More button to access the full report for the selected fire drills.
• Export to PDF:
• Once on the report page, click the PDF Icon to export the report as a PDF document.
