Follow these steps to Get Your Asset and Decommissioned Asset Reports from the FireCloud365 Web App!
Accessing the Asset Report
Step 1: Search Bar- Begin by using the search bar to search for any asset within the system.
- Refine your search by selecting the appropriate options from the drop-down filters:
- Choose your Site: Select the site you want to view assets for.
Step 3: Export to Excel
- Once your filters are applied, click the Excel Icon to export the Asset Report to an Excel document for easy data management.
Accessing the Decommissioned Asset Report
Step 1: Search Bar
- Use the search bar to look for any decommissioned (deleted) assets.
Step 2: Filter
- Refine the report using the available filters:
- Choose your Site: Select the site you want to view decommissioned assets for.
Step 3: Export to Excel
- Click the Excel Icon to export the Decommissioned Asset Report to an Excel document for further analysis.
Recommissioning an Asset
- Option to Recommission:
- If you wish to restore a decommissioned asset, you can select the option to Recommission it.
- The asset will then be added back into your active asset list.
