The Fire Register in FireCloud365 is an essential tool for tracking and reviewing your fire safety activities. It provides a comprehensive overview of all tasks, user activities, and compliance statuses. 

Here’s what you can expect from your Fire Register:

1. Monthly Generation 

  • Automatic Generation

    • The Fire Register is automatically generated on the 1st of each month.


  • Key Information Displayed

    • Account and Site Details:
      • Account Name: Your organisation's account name.
      • Site Name: The specific site associated with the register.
      • Period: The completed month being reported.
      • Published Date: The date the Fire Register was generated.

  • User Information

    • A list of all users associated with your account.
    • Role: The role of each user within the system.
    • Fire Training Expiration Date: If applicable, the expiration date of each user’s fire training.

  • Task Status Overview

    • Calendar View:
      • The calendar provides a visual summary of task statuses using color codes:
        • Green: Task passed successfully.
        • Red: Task failed.
        • Blue: Task was missed.


  • Task Details

    • A comprehensive list of all tasks completed during the period.
    • Assets: A list of all assets associated with each task.
    • Questions: The specific questions asked for each task.
    • Failed Assets: Detailed information about any assets that failed during the tasks, including:
      • Full details of the failure.
      • Any comments made regarding the failure.

2. Weekly Bell Test and Fire Drills

  • Weekly Bell Tests

    • Each bell test is recorded with the following details:
      • Time Completed: The exact time the test was completed.
      • Status: The result of the test (e.g., passed or failed).
      • Comments: Any comments made during the test.
      • Answers to Questions: Responses to any related questions.

  • Fire Drills

    • Any fire drills conducted during the month are also recorded in the Fire Register.

By reviewing your Fire Register each month, you can ensure that all fire safety tasks are properly documented and that any issues are promptly addressed.
