FAQ

  1. Users adding all failed questions to the incident list- you should only add incidents that need immediate attention or need to be fixed. Anything that can be resolved by the user themselves can still be marked as a "Fail" but no need to be raised as an incident.
  2. Users not getting notifications about incidents being assigned to them- make sure you have enabled this for that user in the user section, make sure you have turned on your notifications on your mobile app for both the phone and the FireCloud365 app (this can be checked in the Settings)
  3. Reports on Incidents- we are currently developing a weekly email to be sent out to which ever user that requires this information, this will show the details of all incidents i.e., how long they have been opened, who they are assigned to and has there been any activity on them
