Follow these steps to edit individual asset questions in the FireCloud365 web app:
Step 1. Go to the "Checks" Heading
Start by navigating to the "Checks" section in the FireCloud365 web app.
Step 2. Go to the "Create Asset" Heading
Under "Checks," select the "Create Asset" option.
Step 3. Click “Go to Question Editing”
To begin editing the asset questions, click the “Go to Question Editing” button.
Step 4. Review the Questions
If the asset’s questions haven’t been edited before, the question list may be blank.
Tip: If you want to keep some original questions, copy and paste them for future use.
Step 5. Add New Questions
Enter as many new questions as needed for the individual asset.
Step 6. Click "Add"
Once you've added your questions, click the "Add" button to save them.
Step 7. Click "Edit Asset"
To confirm the changes, select "Edit Asset" and finalise your updates.
This process allows you to customise the questions for individual assets as needed for your fire safety checks.
