Follow these steps to edit asset questions by group in the FireCloud365 web app:
Step 1. Go to the "Checks" Heading
Navigate to the "Checks" section in the FireCloud365 web app.
Step 2. Select "Manage Asset Questions by Group" Step 1. Go to the "Checks" Heading
Under the Checks heading, choose the "Manage Asset Questions by Group" option.
Step 3. Click "Add New"
To add a new set of asset questions, click the "Add New" button.
Step 4. Choose Your Site
Select the site where you want to add or edit asset questions.
Step 5. Choose Your Item
Pick the specific item for which you want to create or edit questions.
FYI: You can identify the item you need by going to "Create Assets" and clicking "Edit" on an existing asset.
Step 6: Add Questions
Enter as many questions as you need for the selected item.
Sep 7. Click "Add"
After entering the questions, click the "Add" button to save them.
Sep 8. Click "Edit Asset"
To finalize and review changes, select "Edit Asset."
FYI: Changing the questions for an item will apply these changes to all assets using this item.
