Follow these steps to understand your email reports in FireCloud365:


FireCloud365 offers several types of email reports to keep users informed about key activities and tasks. Here’s how you can manage and assign email reports based on different user roles.

Step 1: Managing User Roles

  • Under the 'Account Info' Heading:
    • Navigate to Manage Users.
    • Click Add New to add a new user.
    • Choose a role for the user from the following options:
      • Account Manager: Has access to multiple sites.
      • Site Manager: Has access to a single site.
      • Asset Checker: Has limited access, typically to complete fire walks.

Step 2. Enabling Email Reports for Users

  • Go to Manage Sites:
    • Navigate to Personnel under the Manage Sites section.
    • A list of users will appear.
    • Enable the specific email reports you want each user to receive by toggling the appropriate options.

  • Types of Reports:
    • Push Notifications: Immediate notifications for incidents or tasks nearing their deadlines.
    • Daily Emails: Automatically sent to Site Managers, summarizing daily activities.
    • Weekly Incident Report: Details on all incidents added or closed in the past week.
    • Weekly Expiring Documents Report: Highlights any documents approaching their expiration date.
    • Vendor Reports: Summarises information on vendor insurance, contracts, or other expiring documents.

  • Finalise Changes:
    • After selecting the reports, click Edit Site to save your changes.
