How to View and Update Your User Profile
The User Profile section allows you to view your account information and activity within the FireCloud365 app. You can also upload or update your profile picture.
How to Access Your Profile

Tap the Profile Icon in the app.

Your User Profile page will open.
Information Displayed in Your Profile
Your profile shows an overview of your activity within FireCloud365, including:

Name – Your registered user name.

Role – Your assigned role within the organisation.

Date Activated – The date your account was activated.

Number of Checklists Completed – Total checklists you have finished.

Number of Checkpoints Completed – Total checkpoints you have completed.

Number of Incidents Created – Incidents you have reported.
-
Number of Incidents Resolved – Incidents you have resolved.
How to Add or Change Your Profile Picture

Tap the Camera Icon on your profile picture.

Select a picture from your device’s photo album.

Upload the image.
Once uploaded, a message will appear confirming “Avatar uploaded successfully.” Your new profile picture will then be displayed.
Additional Profile Details
The same user details can also be viewed on the FireCloud365 Web Portal under the Profile section.
