  1. Open the FireCloud365 Mobile App.

  2. Tap Add False Alarm.

  3. Select your Site.

  • Cause of Alarm

False Alarm

  • Someone activated the alarm believing there was a fire.

Additional Details to Record

You will also be asked to provide:

  • Suspected Cause of Activation

  • Fire Panel Back to Normal Operation – Select Yes or No

  • Photo of the Fire Panel

  • Type of Evacuation

Evacuation Options

  • Full – Entire building evacuated

  • Partial – Only part of the building evacuated

  • None – No evacuation took place

Optional Actions

You may also choose to:

  • Raise to Maintenance – Add the issue to the incident list if further attention is required

  • Notify a Manager – Send an alert to a manager if needed

After Submitting a False Alarm

Once submitted, the false alarm will be saved in the FireCloud365 Web Portal under the False Alarm section.

From the web portal you can:

  • Add details of the activating device (for example, a call point)

  • Add additional comments

  • Upload extra photos


Saving a Draft

If you need more information before submitting:

  • Tap Save Draft

  • Return later to complete the record

  • Submit once all details have been gathered

  1. Log into the FireCloud365 Web Portal.

  2. Navigate to False Alarm.

  4. Click More to view full details.
